Are you qualified mortgage brokers?

Yes- we are authorised credit representatives (credit representative no. 539491 of Australian Finance Group ACN 066 385 822, Australian Credit Licence 389087.

Finance Strategists (Mortgage Brokers) have a minimum qualification of a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

We are also members of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) which is Australia’s leading professional association for mortgage and finance brokers. Members strive to uphold the highest professional standards, participating in advocacy, education and business support within the mortgage and finance industry.
How much do you charge?

Most often, we are remunerated for our services through commissions paid by lenders. This means that our services are provided at no direct cost to the borrower.

This is in the case most of the time. However, if we need to charge a fee for our services, this will be discussed with you before the work is done.
What types of services do you offer?
Do you have access to other related professionals?

Yes- we have a network of trusted professionals including buyers agents, real estate agents, solicitor/conveyancers, accountants, financial advisers and insurance brokers.

There is no requirement to use the services of professionals within our network, but they are available and we are happy to refer you to them.

I currently have an accountant but I'm not happy. How do I switch?
