Within 48 hours you receive your 4-page Strategic Diagnostic Summary by email. Read it, sit with it, share it with your accountant or partner.
Decide
If the recommendation makes sense, upgrade to the engagement we recommend and your A$497 is fully credited. If not, you keep the document and the strategic clarity. No pressure.
The A$497 is fully credited if you go further
If, within 90 days of your Strategic Diagnostic, you proceed with either the Rapid Mortgage Elimination Strategy (A$2,200) or the Property Wealth Strategy and Finance Plan (A$3,300), the A$497 you paid for the Diagnostic is fully credited against the engagement fee.
That means the Diagnostic is effectively a no-cost first step if you decide to work with us. And if you do not, you still leave with a 4-page written summary and a clearer view of your position than most professionals ever pay for.

Why pay A$497 when there is a free call available?
The free call does not produce a written document. The Strategic Diagnostic does. A 4-page Summary you can read, sit with, share with your accountant or partner. The fee also filters the conversation so the 60 minutes is focused on assessment, not orientation. And the A$497 is fully credited if you proceed with one of our paid engagements within 90 days. So if you are likely to upgrade, it costs you nothing.
How is this different from the Rapid Mortgage Elimination Strategy or Property Wealth Strategy and Finance Plan?
The Rapid Mortgage Elimination Strategy and Property Wealth Strategy and Finance Plan are full engagements. Multi-week pieces of work with detailed planning and ongoing support. The Strategic Diagnostic is a one-off assessment that helps you decide whether either of those engagements is right for you.
What if I do not want to upgrade afterwards?
That is genuinely fine. You keep the 4-page Summary and the clarity that came with the conversation. We do not do follow-up sales pressure.
What do I need to prepare?
You will receive a short pre-call questionnaire on booking. Household income, existing properties, current debt, and your 5-year goals. It takes less than 5 minutes to complete. The more accurate the inputs, the sharper the Diagnostic.
Can I bring my partner?
Yes, and we encourage it. If a property finance decision affects two people, both should be in the room. Make sure you add their email when booking so they receive the Summary too.
Do you give financial advice?
Build and Protect provides mortgage broking services. The Strategic Diagnostic is general education and credit guidance based on your stated position. We are not financial planners, accountants, or solicitors, but you will have access to our network of professionals. The Summary is designed to be shared with those professionals where relevant.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your call through your confirmation email. Inside the 24-hour window, the A$497 is non-refundable. The time was reserved for you.
How fast is the 48-hour summary turnaround?
48 hours from the date of your call. If your call is on a Monday, you can expect your Summary by Wednesday at the latest. Most clients receive theirs sooner.
What if the recommendation is to do nothing?
Then that is the recommendation. We do not exist to sell engagements that are not right for the client. If your current position is well-structured and the right answer is to wait, the Summary will say so, and you will have it in writing.
